If you boil water and throw it into air that is cold enough it turns into a mostly gaseous state. I'm not sure how much is snow and how much is gas, but either way it is cool. Thanks to Dan Perry who told me about this trick. Thanks to Will, Moose, and Joe who made a video of it.
